1. General Disclaimer

The services, graphics, codebases, and digital consulting provided by VYRE NEXUS are delivered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we build to elite Awwwards-grade standards, 99+ Core Web Vitals, and strict Google/GEO compliance, we do not guarantee specific monetary conversions, search ranking guarantees, or commercial revenue targets, as third-party market variables, ad auction algorithms, and consumer preferences remain outside our direct control.

2. Deposit & Production Commitment

To guarantee dedicated senior engineering time with zero outsourced middlemen, Vyre Nexus requires an initial project booking deposit (typically 50% for standard engagements, or milestone-based for enterprise builds) prior to sprint kickoff.

Because this deposit immediately secures dedicated engineering bandwidth, sprint reservation, and research infrastructure, deposits are non-refundable once work on architectural wireframing or shader design has begun.

3. Milestone Review & Approval Policy

Our projects follow transparent milestone stages (Discovery → Architecture → Interactive Development → QA & Deployment). Clients review and approve deliverables at each stage.

• Approval of a milestone confirms full satisfaction with that phase’s deliverables and authorizes progression to the next sprint.
• Milestone payments already disbursed for approved stages cannot be refunded.
• If a project is cancelled mid-sprint, billing is prorated based strictly on completed work and logged engineering deliverables.

4. Revision Cycles & Satisfaction Guarantee

Every tier and project scope includes structured revision rounds (typically 2 to 3 comprehensive design and interactive feedback rounds per milestone). We work closely with stakeholders to ensure the finished product matches expectations prior to final sign-off.

5. Refund Eligibility Exceptions

Refunds may be considered solely under the following limited circumstances:

• If Vyre Nexus fails to initiate project discovery within 14 business days of receiving the initial deposit, without written notice or mutual agreement.
• If double billing or erroneous duplicate payment occurs due to payment gateway processing errors.
