1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or entering into a commercial agreement with VYRE NEXUS (“Vyre Nexus”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

2. Scope of Services

Vyre Nexus provides high-performance custom website architecture, 3D WebGL interfaces, digital marketing strategy, technical search engine optimization (SEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Every engagement is executed under a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) or official project proposal delineating deliverables, milestones, and technical specifications.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of final and full payment for the agreed project scope, all bespoke frontend code, custom assets, visual designs, and written content produced exclusively for the client transfer to the client. Vyre Nexus retains the right to showcase completed works in our portfolio, case studies, design archives, and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been formally executed prior to kickoff.

Proprietary internal libraries, pre-existing shader engines, reusable boilerplate utilities, and third-party open-source components remain the property of Vyre Nexus or their respective open-source licensors.

4. Client Responsibilities & Approvals

Successful project execution requires active collaboration. Clients agree to provide required brand assets, copywriting inputs, credentials, and milestone approvals within reasonable turnaround times (standard 5 business days). Unreasonable delays in feedback may adjust projected deployment schedules.

5. Warranties & SLA Post-Launch Support

Every flagship website deployed by Vyre Nexus includes an initial 30-day Post-Launch Warranty covering bug fixes, rendering anomalies, cross-browser regressions, and broken links within the agreed original scope. Alterations made to the codebase by third parties or client personnel void this automatic warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vyre Nexus and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, revenue, or third-party service outages (including cloud hosting providers, domain registrars, or API providers).

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar, India, or resolved through mutual binding commercial arbitration.
